This is either going to be the greatest movie ever made or an absolutely convoluted catastrophe…
Under the watchful and controlling hands of the Wachowskis, David Mitchell’s mind-bending literary novel has been given the major motion picture treatment — how, we have absolutely no idea. The book takes place over several thousand years, with countless characters, interacting with one another on some level or another. It was a massive bestseller and given the star power associated with the film, it’s going to possibly be a major movie success as well.
The Wachowskis gave us the Matrix, so there is that. They know how to properly bend your mind. Whether they still have the ability to do so with this material, we’ll have to wait and see. Regardless, we are VERY excited about the “Cloud Atlas” coming to theaters this October.
