We HIGHLY recommend Summer Heart…

We have an “inside source” that recommends some of the FRESHEST new bands that are emerging across the planet. We have no idea how he finds them, and we don’t really care, as long as they keep coming…

This week’s recommendation comes in the form of a globetrotting Swede with a flair for the lo-fi chillwave. Summer Heart is the brainchild of Swedish musician and electronic-wunderkind, David Alexander. He travels around the world and writes songs about how he feels. The result is the dreamiest of dream pop, oozing mellow vibes and summery fun with every beat.

His most recent album is streaming on SoundCloud right now, along with most of his other songs. Our favorite track right now is “I Wanna Go” but there’s a lot to listen to and enjoy…

It’s all very simple, pastel, and lazy — much like summer itself. With about 20+ tracks uploaded to SoundCloud thus far, Summer Heart has amassed an impressive catalog of songs. This is chillwave at its best, making this band the one to watch.

Check out Summer Heart‘s Bandcamp page, where you can purchase all of his music in several different formats. And if you’d like to follow Summer Heart around as he jumps from place to place, connect with him through the following:
