One of our absolute FAVORITE British productions right now is the refreshed modern-day re-imagining of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle‘s infamous “Sherlock” detective series. Starring Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock, Martin Freeman as Watson, and Andrew Scott as the utterly psychotic Jim Moriarity, the episodes are long (1.5 hours), the action is tense, and the mystery is still… well, a good old-fashioned mystery.
