Sometimes an artist or a band can just hover around under your radar for the longest time, until one day — BAM! — they catch your attention and you instantly fall in love.

Let me introduce you to The Pierces. Maybe you know them already. If you do and failed to mention them to me, we can take that up separately. If you don’t, then stop what you’re doing and listen to their latest single, “Kissing You Goodbye“.

Such an old sound, yet so fresh… and so goddamn catchy. The Pierces are two VERY pretty sisters who sing, play instruments, and write their own songs — and recapture a sound that can only be described as so very 60′s in all the best ways.

Their album, “You and I” — their fourth album to be exact — was released earlier this year to rave reviews. So check them out!
